This is an excellent restaurant. The ambiance starts everything out perfect. It is quiet, dark, well spaced, comfortable and the service is friendly and fast.
I went there with my girlfriend a few weeks ago, and our waiter was to our table in minutes, gave us water, and took our drink orders. He came back with our drinks and bread and oil and we ordered Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer while we looked at the rest of the menu. The Bang Bang shrimp is great, spicy but not over powering, and there are a lot of shrimp in the dish. From the name, Bonefish is obviously a fish restaurant, and they have two basic kinds, grilled or sauteed. There is nothing wrong with the sauteed, but I would recommend the grilled style. All of their grilling is on a wood fire, and they grill to perfection. The fish was so moist, but just a bit crispy on the outside. As for the entrees, I had I had Haddock cooked on a cedar plank and my girlfriend had grilled Chilean Sea Bass. Again, the grilled style won out. Both dishes were very tasty, and both were cooked well, but the straight grilled dish allowed the cooking and the fish to come through. The cedar plank was a bit over powering
